Who we are
JamBots is operated by Sanford Labs LLC, a single-member limited liability company in the United States. "We" and "us" on this page mean Sanford Labs LLC.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and sign-in method.
- Workspace content: bots, threads, memory, routines, files on bot computers, and the connections you set up.
- Credentials you save: model and connector keys, encrypted at rest and never shown back to you in full.
- Usage records: each model call's workspace, bot, model, tokens and cost.
- Technical data: IP address and device information used for security and rate limiting.
How we use it
To run your bots, show you usage, bill for paid plans, keep accounts secure, and contact you about the service. Your content is sent to the model provider you choose when a bot runs, under that provider's terms.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run parts of JamBots on our behalf: hosting, the sandbox provider for bot computers, email delivery, push notifications and, for paid plans, payment processing. Each receives only what it needs.
How long we keep it
While your account is active. Deleting a bot deletes its thread, memory and private computer. Deleting a workspace deletes its content.
Your choices
You can read, edit and delete bot memory at any time, delete bots and workspaces, and close your account. Email michael@sanfordlabs.io for any privacy request.
The waitlist
When you join the waitlist we store your email address, what you said you would have a bot do (if you told us), the page you signed up from, how you found us (the first page you visited, the site that linked you here, and any campaign tags in the link), the time, and the consent wording you agreed to. Sanford Labs LLC runs the waitlist service for all of its products. We use your email only to tell you about JamBots early access, and we remove it when you ask.
Analytics
This site uses PostHog to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages they view and which waitlist buttons they click. It runs in cookieless mode: it sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, and it counts visitors with a hash that changes daily and cannot be traced back to you. Events go through this site's own domain before reaching PostHog. We do not use Google Analytics.
